Leak Test

QKL electronic proportional pressure regulator ( I/P converter) is controlling pressure to leak test an ink jet cartridge. Once the test part is pressurized by our device, the controller closes a shutoff valve between the regulator and the test part. The pressure transducer then senses pressure in the part under test and leak decay is recorded by the controller. Once the test is completed, the controller opens the shutoff valve and pressure is relieved through the QKL electronic proportional pressure regulator ( I/P converter). Our proportional pressure regulator is best suited for this application due to its high flow rate, fast response time, and high accuracy. Our regulators are capable of modulating from 2 bar to 65 bar with accuracy of 0.25% FS. (higher pressure range can be customised upon request)
