In aircraft manufacturing, most components need to be tested for stress they would encounter during flight. Here we used a combination of QKL electronic pressure regulator with pressure reducing regulator and a QKL with back pressure regulator allows for high speed fill and relief. As the volume of container after the valve is large, we would recommend to use a volume booster in combination to increase the response time. Our proportional pressure regulator is best suited for this application due to its high flow rate, fast response time, and high accuracy. Our regulators are capable of modulating from 2 bar to 65 bar with accuracy of 0.25% FS. (higher pressure range can be customised upon request)
