High Pressure Leak Testing

QKL electronic pressure regulator is controlling the pressure of nitrogen gas for this high pressure leak testing application. A command signal is given to the QKL electro-pneumatic valve by a controller to reach the desired pressure. The part under test is submerged, thus bubbles will appear if there is a leak in the part.

Our proportional pressure regulator is best suited for this application due to its high flow rate, fast response time, and high accuracy. Our regulators are capable of modulating from 2 bar to 65 bar with accuracy of 0.25% FS. (higher pressure range can be customised upon request)
