Steel Cleaning

The right amount of force is required in steel cleaning. In this process, a QKL proportional pressure regulator provides force control on a brush while another QKL electronic pressure regulator pressurizes a liquid regulator to atomize and re-oil the steel. One QKL proportional pressure regulator is controlling the amount of force to a brush roller, which is cleaning a sheet of steel prior to it being stamped. Then, another QKL (I/P converter, electro-pneumatic regulator) is being used to control pressure on a liquid regulator to re-oil the steel and prevent oxidation.

Our proportional pressure regulator is best suited for this application due to its high flow rate, fast response time, and high accuracy. Our regulators are capable of modulating from 2 bar to 65 bar with accuracy of 0.25% FS. ( higher pressure range can be customised upon request)
