Tire Bead Curing

Here a constant set pressure is applied to the curing tank. The curing tank pressure is being measured by a external pressure transducer, which acts as the command signal to a QKL electronic pressure regulator control assembly. Our regulator has been extensively used in tire industry. Please consult for further information.

Our proportional pressure regulator is best suited for this application due to its high flow rate, fast response time, and high accuracy. Our regulators are capable of modulating from 2 bar to 65 bar with accuracy of 0.25% FS. (higher pressure range can be customised upon request).
