Burst Pressure Testing

QKL electronic proportional pressure regulator ( I/P converter) is being used to control the pressure for a catheter burst testing application. Test results are being provided to the controller via the GX analog monitor feedback signal. The analog monitor output signal can be used to capture the pressure when the catheter bursts. Furthermore, QKL regulator is often used by our customers for calibrating sensor application. 

Our proportional pressure regulator is best suited for this application due to its high flow rate, fast response time, and high accuracy. Our regulators are capable of modulating from 2 bar to 65 bar with accuracy of 0.25% FS. (higher pressure range can be customised upon request)
