High Pressure Instrument Calibration

A QKL electro-pneumatic pressure regulator, calibrated from 0-1000 PSI, is adjusted to a specific controlled pressures required for verification and calibration of the gauge. The analog monitor output of the proportional pressure regulator can be taken to a panel meter for digital display of pressure or to the PLC for simple data acquisition.

Our proportional pressure regulator is best suited for this application due to its high flow rate, fast response time, and high accuracy. Our regulators are capable of modulating from 2 bar to 65 bar with accuracy of 0.25% FS. (higher pressure range can be customised upon request)
