Laser Charging Chamber

We are demonstrating laser charging chamber pressure control to achieve a similar result. A 3-station KLPV-MN (manifold mount) pressure control assembly is controlling 3 different gasses to a fixed (and known) orifice. By varying the pressure to the fixed orifices, flow can be varied with predictable and repeatable results. QKL electronic pressure regulator in this application is also assisting the mixture by controlling a precise vacuum level in the charging chamber. QKL can also be used to control vacuum level.

Our proportional pressure regulator is best suited for this application due to its high flow rate, fast response time, and high accuracy. Our regulators are capable of modulating from 2 bar to 65 bar with accuracy of 0.25% FS. (higher pressure range can be customised upon request)
