Leak Test

This application looks at leak test pressure control with a flow transducer measuring the leak. This test is under constant flow (Dynamic Conditions) and perfect for our QKL electronic pressure regulator. The leakage at that pressure is measured by the flow transducer. The smooth, steady control of the proportional regulator results in an error free flow transducer output.

Our proportional pressure regulator is best suited for this application due to its high flow rate, fast response time, and high accuracy. Our regulators are capable of modulating from 2 bar to 65 bar with accuracy of 0.25% FS. (higher pressure range can be customised upon request)
