Tire Curing

Tire curing, food processing and many bio-reaction applications use saturated steam. Many of these process employ a complicated steam control valve that is designed to modulate open and close to maintain a specific temperature. Steam temperature control does not have to be this complicated. The diagram shows a QKL electronic pressure regulator being used to control the pressure of saturated steam in a closed container.

Our proportional pressure regulator is best suited for this application due to its high flow rate, fast response time, and high accuracy. Our regulators are capable of modulating from 2 bar to 65 bar with accuracy of 0.25% FS. (higher pressure range can be customised upon request)
