Tube Extruding

Two QKL proportional pressure regulators are being used to extrude rubber tubing. One pressure regulator is controlling positive to control the inner diameter of the tube and the other QKL electronic pressure regulator is controlling vacuum around the tube to control tube thickness and outer diameter. These two pressure control devices work together to set and maintain the wall thickness of the tube.

Our proportional pressure regulator is best suited for this application due to its high flow rate, fast response time, and high accuracy. Our regulators are capable of modulating from 2 bar to 65 bar with accuracy of 0.25% FS. (higher pressure range can be customised upon request)
