Lapping Machine

Glass, mirrors, optics and lens polishing can be performed electro-pneumatically with excellent results. Here shows a QKL electronic pressure regulator controlling pressure to an air cylinder to apply force to a lapping machine to polish a mirror. Lapping machine and bonding machine manufacturers are some of our important applications of our proportional pressure regulators.

Our proportional pressure regulator is best suited for this application due to its high flow rate, fast response time, and high accuracy. Our regulators are capable of modulating from 2 bar to 65 bar with accuracy of 0.25% FS. (higher pressure range can be customised upon request)
