Tire Uniformity Test

A tire dynamic balancing machine requires that the tire be filled rapidly to the test pressure and this pressure must be stable during the dynamic balancing test. QKL electronic proportional pressure regulator ( I/P converter) controls pressure while the tire is spinning clockwise or counterclockwise. The stable pressure that is provided to the tire is used to set the bead of the tire on the test rim and then to set test pressure. QKL regulator is used in many applications in tire industry. Our regulators are capable of modulating from 2 bar to 65 bar with accuracy of 0.25% FS. (higher pressure range can be customised upon request).
